We have to report all accidents, injuries and similar incidents to the RFU as well as of course wishing to maintain good records for our own purposes.

If a rugby match/training related injury results in admission to hospital as an inpatient then please also click here or on the below link. This form should be submitted to the Club Safeguarding Officer.
