Coach Development

Luctonians are committed to coach development, all coaches must be CRB checked before going on an RFU award course. Candidates must complete a Rugby Ready prior to going on a Level 1 coaching course.

Coaches who want to be reimbursed coaching course costs must get permission from the Director of Youth Sport before course application.

Coaches apply and pay for their own courses claiming the cost back after successfully completing the course and doing a seasons coaching.If you can't afford to carry the cost for a season please contact the Director of Youth Sport to discuss.
