During lockdown, and until we are back to normal, we are determined to continue providing the best opportunities for our young players and, if we can make up for some lost time during this season, through the Spring and Summer months then we will

In the meantime, we are not sitting on our hands during this quiet time and have put together a schedule of activity with our incredible age group volunteers to keep our kids engaged through lockdown. We hope to add more sessions to this schedule but below is what we are currently offering for different age groups, all online through this period

Minis

U6 – Weekly Minis Fitness Fun Session – Wednesdays at 5.30pm
U7 – Weekly Minis Fitness Fun Session – Wednesdays at 5.30pm
U8 – Weekly Minis Fitness Fun Session – Wednesdays at 5.30pm
U9 – Weekly Minis Fitness Fun Session – Wednesdays at 5.30pm + Weekly Coach’s Skills Challenge
U10 – Weekly Minis Fitness Fun Session – Wednesdays at 5.30pm
U11 – Weekly Minis Fitness Fun Session – Wednesdays at 5.30pm + Bi-weekly Sunday social meet for skills and fitness fun
U12 – Weekly Minis Fitness Fun Session – Wednesdays at 5.30pm + Bi-weekly Sunday meet

 

Juniors

U13 – Strength & Conditioning Workshop – Sunday 24th January 10am-10-50am + Weekly quiz and fitness challenge
U14s – Strength & Conditioning Workshop – Sunday 24th January 11am-11-50am + Weekly Wednesday fitness fun challenge
U15s – Strength & Conditioning Workshop – Sunday 24th January 12noon-12-50pm
U16s – Strength & Conditioning Workshop – Sunday 24th January 1pm-1-50pm + Weekly fitness session

 

We are trying to provide plenty of development and support opportunities for our age grade coaches as well during this period, with our senior coaches attending our weekly drop in session for these guys and girls, as well as various specialist sessions, such as the defence one delivered by Dragons Defence Coach Simon Cross this week to a group of our M & J coaches
