Seating at the club is both outside on the terrace and and in the clubhouse, and we will in time increase the clubhouse capacity, in line with whatever the regulations may from time to time permit. Here are this week’s opening hours.

Our priority is to keep our members, guests and staff safe so are following Government guidelines and, of course, strictly adhering to the law

We are operating the Track & Trace system, so each person attending will be required to provide a name and contact details. This information will be held securely, in compliance with the General Data Protection Regulations (GDPR) and destroyed after 21 days

 

THE CLUBHOUSE & GROUNDS RULES ARE AS FOLLOWS

 

Neither you nor any member of your household should come to Mortimer Park
if any member of that household is displaying any of the COVID-19 symptoms, ie:

• A high temperature
• A new, continuous cough
• A loss of, or change to, your sense of smell or taste

Your entire household should self-isolate in accordance with Government/NHS instructions and arrange to be tested

 

At all times, whilst at Mortimer Park, you must please follow these safety measures

Please understand that they have been put in place for your safety. Those marked with an asterisk * are now a matter of LAW, which means that, if you breach them, you may be fined £200
Should Luctonians breach or fail to enforce these, the Club could be fined £10,000, so please don’t be offended if we insist on compliance

Please respect and obey all social distancing and face-covering regulations and protocols

Your group must consist of no more than 6 people and none of that group may mingle with members of another group (The Rule of 6) *
This applies whether you are in the clubhouse, on the terrace or in the grounds
The exception to this is PLAYERS, whilst ON THE PITCH and engaged in their sport. Off the pitch, they must comply with the Rule of 6

• Before entering the Clubhouse you MUST now wear a face-covering *
You may only remove this when SEATED whilst EATING or DRINKING
If you leave your table to use the toilets or leave the building you MUST replace your face-covering BEFORE doing so
(Statutory face-covering exemptions apply)

• Drinks and Food will be by TABLE SERVICE ONLY *
You must wait at the Welcome Point until shown to your table by a member of staff
This applies both in the Clubhouse or on the Terrace

 At the Welcome Point you must provide your name and contact details for Track & Trace purposes *

Maintain Social Distancing of 2 metres from all those outside of your Household or Support Bubble but, if this is not possible, you must maintain a distance of at least 1 metre

Keep your hands and face as clean as possible and avoid touching your face

Avoid being face-to-face with people if they are outside your Household or Support Bubble

Subject to the ‘Rule of Six’ above; Minimise the number of people you spend time with, and the amount of time spent with each whilst at the club, unless they are in your Household or Support Bubble

On arrival please use the hand sanitiser provided

Please follow all one way systems around the site

Please remain seated for your food or drinks service. A server will take and deliver your order. Please leave all glasses on tables to be collected

Please follow all toilet and hygiene guidelines

• Please respect and obey all social distancing guidelines

• Only 1 person in each of the Ladies/Gents toilets at any one time

• Please follow the hand washing techniques provided and use hand sanitiser before entering and after leaving the toilets

• If the toilets are busy please queue maintaining the 2 metre distance

• Please place all tissue in the bins provided for your, and our staff’s, protection

Customers accompanied by your children, please be aware that you are responsible for supervising them at all times and that they should follow all guidelines
